1. Agreement

By using Stayharmony you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Bookings

Stayharmony acts as an intermediary between you and independent hotels. The reservation contract for your stay is between you and the hotel. You are responsible for providing accurate guest information at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations

Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival from your confirmation page. Property-specific policies always take precedence and are shown before you confirm your reservation.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no fraudulent bookings, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the platform or other users.

7. Liability

Stayharmony is not liable for the acts or omissions of individual hotels. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.
